How do we start an engagement?
Write to us through the site or straight to contact@quartic-advisory.com. A partner replies within one working day. We usually follow with a short scoping call, sign an NDA if needed, and come back with a clear proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline.
Do you sign NDAs before discussing details?
Yes, that is standard practice for us, and we are happy to work on your template. Most of our engagements involve confidential asset or transaction information.
How do you charge, day rates or fixed scope?
Both, depending on the nature of the work. Advisory and owner's-engineering support usually runs on transparent day rates; well-defined studies can be fixed-scope. Either way, you see the estimate before we start.
Who actually does the work?
The partners you see on this site, supported by a trusted network of specialist associates. Senior people do the work. There is no handoff to a bench of juniors after the kick-off meeting.
Which industries and regions do you cover?

Can you work directly with our regulator?

Engagements typically run in English; Portuguese and French are native strengths of the team, and other languages can be arranged through our associate network.
