The short version
- We use no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Who is responsible
Quartic Advisory is the data controller for this website. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@quartic-advisory.com and a partner will handle it.
What we collect, and why
Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form, your browser opens your own email application with the name, email and message you entered so you can send it to us. We receive that email in our inbox and keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or our resulting relationship. We do not store form submissions in a database on this site.
Functional storage. To make the site work, we save a small amount of data in your browser's local storage: your chosen language, your accessibility preferences, a timestamp for the 24-hour response indicator, and whether you have seen the privacy notice. This never leaves your device and is not used to identify or track you.
Technical delivery. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Vercel) and loads fonts and a small animation library from content-delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr). These providers may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page securely. We do not combine this with anything else or use it to profile you.
Where you are, and the law that protects you
Our team and clients span several jurisdictions, so we hold ourselves to the data-protection standards of each. Whichever applies to you, the core rights are the same, and we honour them:

Wherever you are, you can ask us to: confirm what personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; provide a copy; restrict or object to its use; and withdraw any consent you gave. International handling
Because we operate across Brazil, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore and Australia, an enquiry you send may be read by a partner in another country. We only ever do this to answer you, and we apply the same standard of care wherever the work happens.
Changes
If we ever add analytics or other processing, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it. This page was last reviewed in 2026.
