Why we put a clock on our 24-hour promise

18 July 2026 · 3 min read

Every consultancy says it answers fast. The phrase is on every brochure, every capability deck, every website, which is precisely why it means nothing. A promise you cannot measure is a slogan.

So when we rebuilt our site, we did what engineers do with any performance requirement: we instrumented it. Send us an inquiry and the page starts a public 24-hour countdown, the same clock we hold ourselves to internally. It keeps running if you close the tab and come back. It does not care about our excuses.

Why 24 hours? Because our presence across Brazil, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore and Australia spans the world's time zones. When Brazil closes, Singapore is already opening. A distributed boutique has no right to be slow: somewhere, a Quartic partner is at their desk.

There is a serious point underneath the playful clock. In owner's engineering, responsiveness is not a courtesy. It is a control. Decisions on rigs and vessels burn money by the hour, and an advisor who answers tomorrow is an advisor who was not there today.

The clock is our way of saying we know that. Test it: the form is one click away.
